Shipping policy

Applicable from 01/01/2025

The company Aire offers you the following:

  • Delivery charges apply to all of our products.

  • Delivery is to home addresses only.

  • Free pickup at the workshop for all products: the workshop address is at the bottom of the page – Paris 18th arrondissement, France.

  • Delivery of our products anywhere in the world (United States, Canada, etc.), with rates applied according to the weight of the products.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed with you when you place your order and follow the criteria set out above.

  • Product returns: return shipping costs for products are borne by the customer.

  • If you wish to make a return, contact us via the website.

  • All of our return and refund conditions are set out on this page.

  • For any online purchase in Europe, you have 14 days to withdraw, then 15 days to send the product back.

An order is refunded, for the amount of the order, once we have received and checked the product.

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this shipping policy is to define the terms and conditions applicable to the shipping of a Product to the Customer by the Publisher.

ARTICLE 2. PARTIES

And any natural or legal person registered on the Site in order to purchase a Product, hereinafter “the Customer”.

ARTICLE 3. DEFINITIONS

  • Customer: any natural or legal person registered on the Site.

  • Site Content: items of any kind published on the Site, whether or not protected by an intellectual property right.

  • The Publisher: NITSN, SAS, in its capacity as publisher of the Site.

  • Internet user: any person connecting to the Site.

  • Product: goods of any kind sold on the Site.

  • Site: the website accessible at https://aire-shop.com/

ARTICLE 4. SCOPE

The Site is freely accessible to any Internet user. Browsing the Site implies acceptance of this shipping policy by the Internet user.
This acceptance is confirmed upon registration by ticking the corresponding box.

Browsing or registering constitutes full and unreserved acknowledgement of these terms, on the assumption that the Internet user has the required legal capacity or is acting with the required legal authorisation.

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown before any payment and apply only to deliveries within mainland France. For other destinations, please contact customer service.

5.2. Delivery time

Orders are delivered once payment has been received in full. Certain products or volumes may require additional time, as specified when the order is placed.
The processing time is 3 to 6 weeks.

5.3. Damaged parcel

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it and inform the seller immediately. A new parcel will be shipped once the return has been received.

5.4. Retention of title – transfer of risk

Products remain the property of the Publisher until delivery. The Customer bears the risk from the time of the order and must insure the products until title is transferred.

ARTICLE 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Governing law

This policy is governed by French law.

6.2. Changes

This shipping policy may be amended. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order or of the connection to the Site.

6.3. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties may refer the matter to the Paris Commercial Court (tribunal de commerce de Paris).

6.4. No waiver

The Publisher’s failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

6.5. Telephone marketing

The Customer may register on the Bloctel list to opt out of telephone marketing.
